Cryotherapy in New Haven

ABOUT WHOLE BODY CRYOTHERAPY

Whole Body Cryotherapy uses ultra cold temperatures to provide quick, powerful physical recovery.  The Cryo chamber surrounds your body, up to the neck, with extremely cold (up to -220°F) nitrogen gas.  This dry chill allows you to experience a cooling sensation while naturally triggering your body’s most powerful healing and wellness mechanisms.

The significant drop in temperature causes your body to activate a CNS (Central Nervous System) response that pushes blood to your core (for function of protecting internal organs) where it then recirculates.
